There is no large showpiece winery here. No world-famous architects.

We like to recycle buildings and timbers and we are great fans of the pattern language articulate by Christopher Alexander.

However, there are talented staff and we are always glad to explain the many processes by which grapes are made into wine and wine is enlivened.
